It's like jumping on the trampoline, but you're lying down on the reformer and jumping on the jumpboard. You work with all the variations of the jumpboard and also focus on core work in this class.

Doonya - The Bollywood Workout is a high-energy, cardio dance and conditioning class consisting of short and easy-to-follow routines based in our four main styles of dance (Bolly-pop, Pop Bhangra, Village Celebrations, and Classical Conditioning).
